Tezz: The Rebel Irkin
Chapter two: Journey to the Robot of the Earth

It was a week after Tezz and Lexi began their journey. They were both very quiet during most of the travel, aside from Tezz’s training methods, though even that had ceased, once Tezz had made a sub-conscious training program.

Tezz was monitoring the ship, while Lexi was in training sleep. The stage was set on a giant blue grid. She had finally advanced the point where enemies would actually attack her. Surrounding her were hovering robots, with long arms and no legs.

One at a time, each robot charged at the unprepared Irkin. Each time, she attempted to dodge their attacks, as was the purpose of that exercise. At one point there was a robot coming from her lower-side, one coming from directly above her, and one coming from her front.

The Irkin quickly lunged herself backward, completely dodging the colliding robots, but unfortunately being hit por a robot that had charged from behind her. The robots regrouped, then charged again.

She prepared herself for the seguinte round, but was quickly coaxed out of her training por a blaring alarm. Once she was stable enough, Lexi made her way out of her small room, and into the pilot area of the ship.

“We’re being followed.” Tezz informed. “It’s a large ship, but not Irkin. Could be hired por the Empire, or just looking for someone to shoot at. I need you to go down to the power-grid and see if you can find any cloaking mechanisms, while I try to lose them.

“I’ll try!” Lexi replied as she ran down the small hallway. She opened a door leading to a large- shed-size room with tons of wires, and plugs, and levers, and other things. “This could take some time.” She thought to herself.

Fortunately, it did not take some time. She quickly found a randomly placed button that said “Turns the ship invisible and stuff” She quickly pressed it, then ran back to Tezz.

“Got it.” She informed.

“Good. We just need it for a few minutes, until I can warp.” Tezz responded. Moments later, the ship’s lights began flickering a bit, then a bit more, than a lot. “Grr… we must be using too much power with the cloaking device.” Tezz informed. “The ship was only on half power when we left. If we had full it wouldn’t have been a problem. Turn off the cloaking device.”

“Are you sure we should?” Lexi questioned.

“It’s either that or die in the vacuum of space.” Tezz reminded.

“Good point.” Lexi quickly ran back, and within a moment, the cloaking device was off. The two Irkins waited patiently for the mover of their followers. They got a reply sooner than they wanted.

“This is Captain Kirnip, of the Rebellion against the Irkin Invaders!” A transmission announced. The hailing-screen lit up. Captain Kirnip had a square-tan-head, a triangular-shaped-body, and short arms and legs. He wore a long red cape, and a Viking-like-helmet. “Prepare to die, Irkin scum!”

“Wait!!!” Lexi yelled back, through their own transmission.

“What?!” Kirnip replied in an angrier voice.

“We aren’t invaders! We’re rebels too!” She informed.

“Oh really?” He asked in dis-belief. “And how do we know that?”

“Greetings, Captain Kirnip. My name is Tezz.” The other Irkin greeted. “We ar-“

“Don’t try to trick me with that story!” Kirnip interrupted. “We know that you didn’t really turn traitor. You’re just trying to trick us, so that you can take over our ship!”

“I’m really not.” She replied, though she knew it would do no good.

“Ready the big laser!” Kirnip ordered to his troops, as he ended the transmission.

“Take control.” Tezz ordered as she walked over to her battle-staff.

“You’re going to attack the ship aren’t you?” Lexi questioned.

“Whatever do you mean?” Tezz sarcastically replied. “I’m simply going to persuade them to let us pass. Their cannons are only on the front. Get behind them and they can’t hit you.” With that, Tezz pressed a button on her head-set, which placed a head-shaping-air-capsule around her head. Finally, she opened up the hatch, and lunged towards the ship.

Tezz eventually landed on the topo, início of the ship, just as it began to fire. The blast was so close to Tezz that it blew her far out. Lexi had less luck. The small Irkin ship was half obliterated within seconds. Lexi hopped out, and began to squirm to the larger ship.

The young Irkin girl was getting close, but then they hit her antennae. The pain forced her into unconsciousness. She lay there, floating; unable to move.

Tezz knocked her heels together, allowing her shoes to thrust forward. She flew over, and grabbed Lexi as quick as she could… just before being shot at por a large cannon.

Tezz quickly pressed the middle of her belt, which created a shield around them. This could not protect them completely from a laser-blast however. Tezz and Lexi were sent flying into the remains of their ship.

The battle-ready Irkin searched, and eventually found, an air capsule, which she steadily hooked up to Lexi. Once Lexi was safe, Tezz charged back to the rematch.

The ship fired again, but Tezz was prepared. She lunged her staff into the laser blast, while at the same time charging progressivo, para a frente with her rocket-boots. She forced the laser-beam back into the ship itself, then slashed the laser’s origin-base, creating a large hole in the ship, which she hopped into.

Tezz dashed around the ship, searching for any type of medical room. She eventually found one, but was being followed por Kirni’p’s followers, and robot soldiers. Tezz carefully placed Lexi in a regeneration pod, then melted the door shut.

She awaited her foes to break through, while Lexi healed. She stood there for about ten minutos until they seemed to give up, and then there was a large *CLANK*. The ship jerk and quaked, as if something had caught it.

Tezz pressed a button at the back of her head-set, which sent caused her eyes to glow faintly. She then turned a mural of the ship, with both eyes squinted. This allowed her to see through the ship, and see that it was being captured… por an Irkin battle-ship.

“Surrender now!” An Irkin ordered. Tezz had to think fast. If she could get to the main deck she could contact the ship, and find some way to stop them.

Without thinking she kicked her heels, and lunged through the hallways; spinning in a drill-like motion. This quickly got her to the front of the ship. She expected to see a vast amount of rebel aliens, but instead it was empty.

She looked to the side to see the last of the crew escaping through the escape-pods. She was a bit perplexed, but regained her composure when she heard another *clank* on the hull. Tezz pomba onto the Captain’s assento and activated the communication’s system, while at the same time using her head-set to change her voice’s highish pitch to a lower one.

“WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’RE DOING!?” She yelled through the com-link in a voice that supposedly sounded male.

“We’re destroying this rebel ship!” The Irkin on the other end informed.

“FOOL! This ship is IRKIN! An Irkin slave ship! Who told you that it was rebel!?”

“Well… er… uh… we- we just assumed-“

“Leave now before I denunciar you to the tallest.” Tezz gave a small growl. The Irkin attackers quickly let go and departed. The Brilhante Victoria rebel-irkin gave a triumphant smirk as she walked back to Lexi’s pod.

After making sure that Lexi was alright, Tezz walked around the ship, searching for any nano-ships, as this one was quickly losing power.

The Irkin eventually found a group of long yellow space-crafts, which seemed to be connected to a vast amount of energy tubes. She pondered in front of them for a moment; deciding whether to risk the little fuel in the ships, or to stay in this one. Then she got an idea.

Tezz went over to a mural near the generator, and tore off a piece, revealing a purplish metal-device. She yanked it off, then walked around with it near the ships and fuel cells. The device created a gravitational pull, that slowly fused two ships together with the energy supply.

“I seriously doubt we’ll run out of fuel now.” Tezz grinned as she walked back to Lexi.

The two Irkins were ready to go ten minutos later, and gone from sight twenty after that. Their ships were working perfectly, and they were finally getting closer to where the SIRG unit had landed.

"Take your seats." a gray-haired woman announced as earth children began to swarm into the classroom.
"Who is she?" I asked with sudden curiosity.
"Earth Teacher." Zim said sullenly. "I will instruct you in the ways of the earth-people after the school-day is over. Tomorrow is a dia in earth-time when we do not come here. It lasts for two earth-days."
I smiled at the way he referred to everything as earth-something.

I began to walk to the back of the classroom as Zim had told me, when the woman rapped a ruler on her desk.
"You, girl. Come here!" she hissed. With my small booted legs I stumbled...
