Comics and subsequent productions are both full of cliches and completely devoid of them. Sometimes they are are full of the most morbid, disturbing things but aspects of them get 'dumbed down' for the sake of violence or making characters attractive.
A lot of people say that Huntress embodies both. To a certain level, I would agree. She doesn't have a massive utility cinto, correia (that's not innuendo, por the way) and a rank as the 25th hottest female in comics for nothing.
So why not a Black Canary club? Or even, considering my fetish for Justice League Unlimited, a Hawkgirl club?
