oi everyone! I just want to say that I left this spot for a while b/c I stopped believing, but than my unconscience didn't agree with me, so here I am again. This is going to be a very short multi-chap, mais like a one-shot dividido, dividir in pieces (simply b/c I don't have the time to write more). Don't expect to much from it, just well... enjoy
Lisa heard her phone ring and immediately panicked as in all the chaos of this afternoon she couldn’t remember where she put it. She was trying to hear where the sound was coming from, but with Eileen on her arm that wasn’t the easiest thing.
‘Hey…’, she panted as she finally found her phone underneath a pile of clothes. ‘Hey, you okay?’, Hugh asked. Lisa sat down on her cama and still panted a little as she tried to entertain her baby-girl. ‘Liz?’ ‘Yeah.. O, sorry… No, it’s a complete chaos over here. The babysitter, Lilly, still hasn’t arrived and she was supposed to be here like hours ago. On topo, início of that Eileen is really energetic and doesn’t want to sleep or be left alone in her play-pun, so I have to take her every room I go.’, she rambled and quickly looked over at her nightstand. ‘And it’s already 4:30! O god, I’m still in my jogging pants, I need to shower, get dressed, do my hair, make-up…’, she panicked and almost burst out in tears.
‘Shhh honey, you know what? I’m just going to come over and play with Eileen for a little while and then we can go to the Emmy’s together.’ ‘But you said…’ ‘I know what I said, but that was mostly my PR-agent talking trying to save my job and thereby his. But you know that when it comes down to it you and Eileen are way mais important to me. I’m going to come over now and we’ll go to the Emmy’s together.’
A little smile erupted on Lisa’s lips, she had wanted Hugh to fully acknowledge their relationship for so long now. While Hugh talked, Eileen had moved her ear closer to the phone to hear the sounds better. ‘Dada?’ Lisa smiled, ‘Yes baby, that’s your Daddy. He’s going to come over here and play with you, isn’t that fun?’ The baby smiled happily, ‘Dada pway!’ ‘You hear that?’, Lisa asked. ‘Yeah, I’ll be there in 5.’, Hugh said just as happy as his daughter.
‘Okay,… but Hugh, what about your PR-agent? And our friends, and…?’ ‘Let’s just hope they like surprises…’ ‘Hmm, well see you in 5.’, she said and put the phone down. Eileen looked at her mother questioningly as she didn’t hear her father’s voice anymore. ‘Dada?’
