Pushing an Excellent House fanfic 

I found this on FF.net & I'm surprised it's gotten so few reviews! It's well written & starts with the end of the finale & goes into House's rehab at Mayfair. There will be Huddy. It reads like a novelization of a House eps so give it a chance!
