House pulled out a bowl of popcorn, chips, and a bag of pretzels and positioned them on his coffee mesa, tabela seguinte to a couple boxes of pizzas. Just as he was about to get a couple of beers from the fridge a knock came from his door.
"You made it." He said as he opened the door to a smiling Cuddy.
"I said I would...I can see that you made sure we didn't starve during this little movie marathon." She said as she entered the apartment and threw her jaqueta on the casaco rack.
House smirked at her.
"Hey, we're gonna watch Ghostbuster's 1 and 2, Groundhog's Day, and The Man Who Knew Too Little. We're gonna need sustenance." He said as he limped into the kitchen. Cuddy followed behind him.
"You wanna beer?"
"Sure." She said as she leaned against the counter.
House handed her a bottle and the two drank in silence for a few moments.
"So, you got a babysitter pretty easy for tonight?" He asked as he pulled out a couple of extra beers and headed for the sofa. Cuddy went to sit seguinte to him.
"Well, I told my regular nanny that I would pay her extra to stay on for a Saturday night."
"Money always talks."
"It does when you're a twenty-three ano old trying to pay off student loans." She replied as she picked up the bowl of popcorn.
"I use to play gigs to pay for school." He said as he dug into the popcorn.
"I know. I was there remember." She said as she placed the pipoca on her lap and sat even closer to him.
"That's right. The first time you saw me I was performing at the Velvet Room off campus. God, that place was fun. Lots of easy girls throwing themselves at any guy with a guitar. Good times."
Cuddy rolled her eyes.
"Well, I'm glad I wasn't one of them..."
"No. You threw yourself at me in the basement of Dylan Harlet's birthday party instead." He said as he pulled the bag of pretzels into his lap and started munching.
Cuddy slapped him on the shoulder.
"Excuse me! I did not throw myself at you. I seem to recall you following me around all night arguing with me about my stance on patient care, and then after getting completely high with some of your burn out buddies, you came down into the basement and kissed me." She stated as she smirked at him triumphantly.
House raised an eyebrow at her.
"I seem to remember you beijar back." He said as he picked up the remote and turned to the Bill Murray movie marathon.
"Merely a reflex to being manhandled por a crazy man."
"Shhh...Cuddy the movie's starting. We can get into your unspoken desire for me later..."
Cuddy smacked him playfully on the arm and laughed. House couldn't resist laughing as well.

Four Hours Later...
House's arm was stretched out behind Cuddy's back. A blanket was covering both their legs. The pipoca was all gone as were the pretzels. There were only three pieces of pizza left.
"I think I'll have to do some serious running tomorrow to work off all this bad food." Cuddy said as she rested her head against his shoulder.
"I didn't even bring out the sobremesa yet." He said with a grin.
Cuddy looked up at him with a smile of her own.
"Dessert? I think if I consume anymore comida I will puke."
"Well, I wouldn't want that...You like the marathon so far?" He asked staring into her eyes.
"A set of hilarious Bill Murray films showing one after another; what wouldn't I like?" She said as she stroked his chin gently before turning her gaze back to the screen. House let out a relieved sigh.
"Good...Ground Hog's dia is coming up next...It's my favorite."
"...Mine too."

Past Midnight...
The empty cartons and bowls of comida remained haphazardly left on the coffee table. Cuddy yawned as the credits rolled for the last film of the marathon. House leaned against the sofá cushion and rubbed his leg gently.
"That was fun." Cuddy said as she turned her head to look at him.
"Yeah...We should do this again sometime."
Cuddy smiled and leaned over to kiss his cheek.
House looked at her a bit startled.
"How about tomorrow you come over for a real dinner?" She said as she once again stroked his chin. House leaned his face closer to hers.
"I wouldn't miss it for the world." He said with a grin before capturing her lips with his.
