No. We've already been told por TPTB that it definitely was not a hallucination. Also, House has no reason to hallucinate since he is not on Vicodin and hadn't taken the Vicodin before Cuddy arrived. Remember, it was still in his hand. OTOH, I can understand people being suspicious, DS et al amor to screw with us. They're not now though.
It is not a hallucination. He didn't take the vicodin. This is not a dream. This is not a test. They have took the training wheels off and they are in it to win it. Hugh said "buckle up".
No way! That would be totally lame! Plus that has already been done about twenty years atrás with the show Dallas only it was with a dream. It pissed so many fãs off people still talk about it to this day. Don't think the producers would be that stupid.
