Anyway I'm not even sure what it is, it's just some floating swirling stuff from what I saw. :P

It looks like caul fat to me. A butcher or cook would call it that anyway. From Wikipedia, it's a fatty membrane which surrounds internal organs of some animals, such as cows, sheep, and pigs, also known as the greater omentum (which I guess would be the real medical term).
