Hi guys i want to become a doctor. I dont know what to major in i want to work in the area house is working in. Diagnosing the patients but to get there what do i major in? I want to work in a hospital too. If anyone has any ideas let me know.
well, i know house is a diagnostition, nephrologist, and he also works in infectious diseases. he went to hopkins, too. for the name of the hospital on the show, they mixed 2 hospital names together. princeton and plainsboro hospitals. i hope this helps with something.
Hi,I study medicine too, unfortunately there is no such specialty such diagnostic medicine. But no matter what specialty you have, you could become a good diagnostician - it's up to you. Specialties like internal diseases could help a lot, because it covers various areas of medicine, it's a solid base to start with. Hope I helped!
Well, unless you go to a special college that actually has a pre-med program, you'll most likely end up majoring in Biology. Then once you've done 4 years of that, you go on to medical school and specialize. Trust me, por then you'll know for sure what you want to specialize in. (And apparently it won't be diagnostician because it doesn't exist. lol)
You actually have to just become any doctor you want.Like for instance I am going to become an internist. ( learns about the entire body) and u go to a hospital with a diagnostics department. or you can recommend one. diagnostics isn't actually a major.
Well you could major in Infectious Disease. That's an actual specialty and I know of many doctors who work in hospitals as Infectious Disease Specialists.
