I was my boarding schools Chrismas party. It was awesome until my friend Ally introduced me to her. Sabrina Taylor. The unbeliever. In horses, that is. Im an equestrian, and everyone knows that I would rather die of a bad fall than of old age. Of course, if I die of old age that would give me mais time to ride, but I'll be old and unable to.

"Hey Ally" I said walking up to my friend.

"Hey Lea.". He grinned back. "This is my friend Sabrina. Sabrina Lea." We shook hands. She looked me up and down and frowned.

"I have heard your name before, you were on some knd of event." She tapped her chin....

When we think of Indians we picture a warrior with a spear or bow and Arqueiro sitting on a horse. But, the Indians did not always have horses. In fact, they did not always have bows and arrows, but that is a different story. This page is about cavalos and Indians.

The Indians got their first cavalos from the Spanish. When the Spanish explorers Coronado and DeSoto came into America they brought cavalos with them. This was in the ano of 1540. This is the story of a wild mustang who was captured, tamed and became a successful competitor in dressage, one of the most refined of all equestrian sports.



Andy grew up in Nevada, in the wild mountains and deserts.
