The Manaslu Trek is a perfect tea-house trek. It is also popular as the best outstanding trek in Nepal and it is situated on the Great Himalaya Trail.  Trekking throughout Manaslu facilitates with splendid mountain views, isolated Buddhist villages near to the Tibetan edge and cultural and geographic assortment that challenges any other trekking in the Himalaya.
The trek starts amongst the adjoining fields and sub-tropical forests of the hills. Climbing north, the landscape slowly transforms into the arid, high altitude landscapes related to Tibetan culture. Crossing towards the north of Manaslu, with time exploring the Base Camp that is utilized by expeditions, is a key high point of this trek.
Upon our arrival in the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, we will welcome you and drop to your hotel. After checking in, you can stay relaxed or explore around Thamel which is tourist hub in Kathmandu for some memento shopping. In the evening, we will be organizing welcome dinner serving delicious Nepalese cuisine.
After breakfast, we begin a directed tour to some of the most historical and divine attractions in Kathmandu. Some of these breakthroughs that includes the historic Durbar Square, the holy Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath and Bouddhanath, one of the major stupas in the globe. We will also be organizing a brief pre- tour group conversation along with trek preparation throughout the afternoon.
We wake early in the morning for Sotikhola. Throughout the journey, we relish sights of the Nepalese landscape together with the mountain sets. We will be moving on a surfaced road from Kathmandu to Dhading Bensi. While reaching Arughat, a main town in the area we drive more near Sotikhola.
When crossing the bridge, we proceed through the gorgeous Sal woodlands, then hike on an edge above enormous waterfalls on the Budhi Gandaki. Then, we get to Khursane where the rocky trail piles its way up and down, past couple tropical falls on a sheer, stony path clingy to the side of a cliff. It ultimately makes its way down and past a few rice paths, then up and round to the Gurung community of Labubesi. We then climb behind a rocky outcrop, where the valley releases and the Budhi Gandaki wanders amongst extensive gravel bars. Falling to the sandy river bed, we move along curved stones earlier ascending on a side edge. We move again towards the river and cross another suspension bridge to make our journey to Machha Khola village.
Day 5:  Maccha Khola to Jagat (1410m/ 4625 ft)
The narrow trail makes some slight ups and downs and ultimately marks the Tharo Khola and reachKhorlabesi. After some additional climbs and descends we reach small Hotspring in Tatopani. From the hot spring, we ascent on another ridge, then get to the Budhi Gandaki on a suspension bridge.
At this stage, we ascent on an extensive, well-crafted stairway, then across a landslide and on an edge to Dobhan. While getting across a suspension bridge on the Yaru Khola, we ascent the stone staircases and then get across the river and then climb more stone stairs to Tharo Bharyang.
We start today’s trek by ascending on a rocky edge to Salleri, and then slope to Sirdibas. The valley extends a little as the track endures up to Ghatta Khola. We then start moving upstream to an extensive suspension bridge in Philim, a bhuge Gurung community. The trail goes north just above the lowermost residence in the village and visits on an impartially level track as it crosses millet arenas to Ekle Bhatti. The path now arrives a sheer, deserted valley.
Here, we incline to the green land slopes, cross the Budhi Gandaki, then walk with the west bank for some time, then cross to the east bank and then return. As we start via the trail the valley extends and we cross via bamboo woodlands to the Deng Khola.  While crossing the Khola, we come across the small village of Deng. Overnight in Deng.
After a shortwalk outside Deng, we move towards the Budhi Gandaki and hike to Rana at 1910m. From the bridge, we ascent more to link a trail from Bhi, then proceed west up the Budhi Gandaki valley. Also, the track come across via woodlands and mani where we go to a corner that outlines to Ghap. Although there is additional way, we choose the path via Prok village. Prok village has a lookout for an attractive view of Siringi Himal. We again move over the Budi Gandaki few times today and move over some gompas en way. The trail tracks the river upstream over a condensed jungle. While coming across the river at an imposing spot where it booms down a slender valley, the woodland becomes little thick and the path is fine again.
Namrung village is a decent lookout for Siring and Ganesh Himal and from the village one can also view Mt. Himal Chuli in the south. We ascent gradually and come accross woodlands and reach Lihi, a fine community with numerous chortens and barley promenades. The trail drops and marks the side valley of Simnang Himal along Ganesh Himal always nearby. We again come accross Sho, Lho and Shyala villages earlier getting to Sama Village. We relish astonishing sights of Mt. Manasly from Lho village and travel the renowned Ribung Gompa. In Shyala village we will be bounded by high mountains.
Day 9:  Samagaon to Pungyen gompa to Samagaon (3860m/12,660 ft)
We devote the day at Samagaon both to relax and accommodation. Now, we get familiar with the pleasurable Sherpa ethos. We adore the view of lots of mani stones with Buddhist scripts and images and the Sherpa women dressed in traditional attires and ornaments. On a tiny hill close the Sama village is an old Gompa (Pungyen Gompa), a monastery with ideal sights of the glacier.
It is termed after Manaslu, Pungyen indicates anklet, a decent explanation of the couple of peaks. It was devastated a year after the first ineffective Japanese effort to hike Manaslu. The locals thought that the climb annoyed the gods, and when the Japanese returned after a year they encountered with numerous confrontation that they had to hand over their effort.
Now, we incline to the Budhi Gandaki River, that has turned north and get after it to a bridge across a side stream. The trail to the left takes to the Manaslu Base camp. The Larkya la Trail passes some mani walls as the valley starts to extend. It is a simple trail on a ledge above the river crossing the juniper and birch woodlands of Kermo Kharka. We move off the shelf, cross the Budhi Gandaki on a ligneous bridge and ascent abruptly on a cape amongst couple of branches of the river. From a stone arch, we can see a huge white kani.
Today, you will have two choices. The choices that we extremely recommend is a trek, up the valley straight at the back of the Samdo village. This trek proceeds to one of the trade passes to Tibet for outstanding sights of Mt. Manaslu together with other Himalayan assortments that includes Simrang, Hiunchuli, Ngadi, Larkye Peak, Cheo and perhaps Kang Guru behind the pass.
En route to these lookouts we pass different periodic driving settlements known as doksas and view some attractive mountain birds such as Lophophorus (the national bird of Nepal), Lammergeyer and Himalayan Griffin mounting high above us. Another choice for now can be a journey to the Gya La (\'large pass\') to the north of Samdo, a more often utilized trading way towards Tibet. But, this is a slightly extended trek and hence can be bit exhausting.
Now, we start our trek down the edge, pass the wooden bridge accross Budi Gandaki and start to move upward. While crossing couple of rivers and viewing the Larkya Glacier we move over the valley of the Salka Khola and ascent up over to the stone guest house, which is not a lodge but a type of lodging known as Dharmshala, also named as Larke Phedi. The small hike today also verdures lots of time for accommodation and comforting in the afternoon.
After a short hike, we get in a valley on the north side of the Larkya Glaciers from where we can adore beautiful sights of Cho Danda and Larkya Peak. Lastly, we move over residues of the glacier, with a steady climb which becomes sharper just in the final section of the pass. From the pass, there are incredible sights of Himlung Himal, Cheo Himal, Kangguru and the huge Annapurna II. It is an extended day compared to usual to Bimtang, but to hike into these low meadows with the evening mist approaching in with Mt. Manaslu impending near to an awesome experience.
From an edge at Bimthang, we can relish great sights of Mt. Manaslu, Lamjung Himal, Himlung Himal and Cheo Himal. We go downhill more and cross a high pasture (Sangure Kharka) towards a bridge on Dudh Khola. We move across rhododendron jungle and follow a trail via a narrow valley till we reach the peak cultured land of the valley at Karche. We move crosswise arenas earlier making a sheer hike over an edge. The path appears on the ridge in a big, extensive curve to the river bank. A short distance outside is the village of Gho. Because of yesterday\'s exhaustion we may take stay night at Gho
We ascent on a tiny edge and adore the stone covered trail as it come accross an attractive community. We then cross the bridge on Dudh Khola and ascent up via a chorten-shaped arch, pass a mani wall and move to Thonje village. At the village, we go over a police checkpoint and start to Dharapani. We have arrived the Annapurna circuit part from Dharapani. Then, we move over Karte community and after some minutes of walking we come across a bridge on Marshyangdi Khola. We also move over some mani walls earlier getting the village of Tal, located at the foot of a huge waterfall.
We move on the trail to Chyamje village accross the Marshyangdi Khola once again. The Marsyandi valley releases with its walkway arenas and communities stuck very high to the hillsides. The path then inclines over rhododendron and pine jungles to Syange.
The trip from Syange to Kathmandu through Besi Sahar comes up one a chance to relish both hill and mountain scenes. The journey is regularly sideways the banks of the Marsyangdi and Trishuli rivers. We also proceed by some attractive communities with agricultural walkways on both sides of the way. In Kathmandu, we will be accompanied to our guesthouse. There you can go for shopping or rest whole day.
