Need Help with new hetalia - axis powers OC!!!!!!!!! :(

Ok I have A great idea for a Oc but I just cant finish it!This is what I have so far.

Personality:She is very quiet and shy at first but once you get to know her she can talk for hours!She is very quirky and laidback makeing her easy to get along with.She does have a Sorcastic side but its mostly expressed in her thoughts.She gets along with both 1ps and 2ps.

Pet peeves:People that pay attention to your clothes and riches and not your personality.

Apperance That I have so far:She has long blonde hair and a red and blue eye.A tuff of her hair is covering her red eye which it to the left. Her skin is very pale and slightly glows in the water(Which she hates!I mean how embarssing would it be that everytime you go to a pool party you praticaly glow!)

First off, it is wiser to choose a country or place before you make the OC itself, and then base the OC off the people, culture and stereotypes of whatever place you have chosen.

Secondly, the OC sounds a bit Mary Sue-ish at the moment.

As the others have said, she does seem a bit Mary-Sueish. First of all, why does her skin glow in water? Why does she have heterochromia, secondly? You have to note that all of the hetalia - axis powers characters look pretty much human. (Excluding the animal characters and such.) She seems to be a bit flat in personality, too. As the others have said before, it's best if you choose a country first, then build your character around it. Also, making a hetalia - axis powers OC requires a lot of research. If you're not up for this, I suggest you just drop the whole OC idea. :P I know I'm too lazy to research to make an OC myself, but then again, I never really wanted to make one. (And technically the correct term is fancharacter, given that OC stands for ORIGINAL character.)

For tights, I would say Black, and the boots would be white with pele, peles inside that is shown on the top. And Louise as the name? I couldn't find a name that comes from Antarctica. So I looked at explorers names and the Antarctica explorer was a male. But an Arctic Exlporer Female was named Louise... So.. Yea...

With all due respect of course but here's some advice:

1. First pick a country/region/province

2. Than base your character on stereotypes of that area. Both in personality/looks/interest/relationships and way of speaking.

3. You character meets the traits of a Mary-Sue. So I suggest you work on that. Mary-Sues aren't good characters to work with.
