I HATE it, it makes me sick. They act like England is some helpless little uke and America is some kind of god. I want to throw up when people act like England needs America, my country doesn't god damn need anyone to survive! We are strong without the help of America and we don't freakin miss him!! I remember one story I read, America was being a stuck up jock and a complete ASS, and England was a whiney helpless little bitch. By the end of the story, France was trying to rape England and helpless little England was yelling for help (dear god -_-). America jumps into the room, pretty much beats the crap out of France and realizes he really does love England. OMG, Twilight is a better love story then that. -_-

You just summed it up for me, this is why I don't like reading any type of pairing fanfiction.

I write fanfictions.I inculde other couples that I like,even if they aren't the main focus.Is that bad?(Though I don't do it for USUK,I don't like that pairing.)

I don't lik alot of pairings.FrUk and UsUk being two.But I don't bother to write polls such as this,which target fans of the said pairing,UsUk,even if unintentionally.Jeez,why do people have to do this?

It really depends on the fanfiction for me. Some USUK fanfics can out of character and terrible, while others can be very good and well written. It is hard to summarize hundreds of USUK fanfiction on just a few. Fanfiction is written for the fun of readers and the author. And it does not always have to be 100% accurate.

Edvygrl8: Maybe you should stop generalizing UsUk fangirls. Not all of them are the same! I've met a few who were actually quite nice and mature. You are being extremely rude! Just because someone ships something different than you does not make them yaoi sucking fangirls who only want eye candy! More like I'm sick of a specific KIND of fan than all USUK shippers. And they're in all pairings, so not even specifically this pairing. I do get why people are finding this question to be quite rude though.

i never read any kind of fanfictions, but i've read doujinshi/manga, and i tried/(forced myself) to read a few with usuk, and it's always the same plot: England is like a stupid school girl in love with her senpai (always crying that America doesn't love him) and America is like the best stud in the world, ugh i started to hate usuk even more after reading garbage like this.
