I think the reason a lot of people like Harry/Hermione is because they are the main boy and girl of the series (but it wouldn't ever work. They love each other as friends. Well, more like brother/sister, but still. Too awkward). Draco/Hermione could never work, because the forbidden love would never spark between them. They can't stand each other (it's like saying Draco will become best buds with Harry... never gonna happen.)
