Just do little harry potter stuff? you should totally have lil parties, and some of you could bring in different stuff from the movies, like Bertie botts every flavoured beans, and butter beer, and pumpkin pasties and stuff :)

Cool! We have a game in our school, well it's kind of hard to explain but whatever, we all signed up somewhere and we picked someone else's name who had signed up to play and when you see her in the school you kind of duel with her... the loser of the duel becomes a dementor and he has to go around and try to ''kill'' the other persons who are participating and all... well it's a but more complicated but it's very cool! Anyway, I'd love to be in Dumbledore's army someday!

And I don't think you should assign characters to people, I can just see that turning into huge fights with people arguing over who they wanna be. And it kind of makes the characters less cool. I think you should just be you guys and follow the HP characters as leaders (like Katie P. or whoever you elect as the governor, and you all look up to Harry as your president? XD I dunno, just your higher authority).
