There have been a lot of Harry Potter theories, ranging from the ridiculous to the strange to the horrifying.

I have composed a list here.

Also: there are major spoilers in some of these. seguinte to each one, if there is a spoiler, I will write the book that it spoils, so if you haven't read that one: skip that theory.

This is one of my favorites, por the way. Now, we all know that Horcruxes often corrupt people (the medallion, Riddle's diary) and Harry is, as it was revealed...

I found an interesting short essay from HP Lexicon and it made me think about it even deeper than it goes.

First off; please don't get me wrong.
I amor Dumbledore's character, I amor Lockhart's character, I amor Hogwarts, and I love, love, love the books and the HP universe. I'm just wondering and interested in what, if anything, is behind all this I'm about to discuss.
That if Rowling possibly actually planned this somehow and for some reason many parents in that universe are willing to over-look huge problems and risk their children's lives because of someone's status and anterior reputation...OR...
