Harry,as Harriet, would have been less tormenting for Snape,I suppose.so he would be less horrid to her than he was to Harry. Although I saw most of the fãs have said that Harriet's resemblance to Lily would torture him of her thoughts mais and I don't really disagree with them. However,Snape always emphasised to Dumbledore and to Harry himself that his alikeness with his father made him loath Harry just as he loathed James.I think Snape could see James right inside Harry, especially watching Harry's quidditch talent, adventurous mind, the desire of breaking rules, and most importantly, features such as his stubbornly untidy hair, round glasses and nearly everything except the eyes, which so resembled James. This would have been much unlikely in case of Harriet, who according to the question, resembles Lily. Snape could probably visualize the James in Harry ridiculing him and thus felt mais humiliated at the fact that he was risking his life night and dia for that very person, and that's the reason he warns Dumbledore,"never say, Dumbledore.especially,Potter's son". With Harry being so like his father,Snape felt it necessary to treat him the way his father treated Snape,so that he can never even imagine, that he, Snape, was working so hard for his safety.Harriet would have softened Severus, because of her resemblance with Lily, and who knows?their relation could have turned to a friendly one.Overall,I think Snape-Harriet would have had a better relation than Snape-Harry.
