What did you think about the changes in Half-Blood Prince for the movie?? What about the kiss scene between Ginny and Harry... What did you think that work better the scene in the movie or in the book??
I think they took the "raging hormones" theme a little too far although it was pretty funny. I scoffed so bad when Harry almost picked up at the train station. I never would have thought he'd have a clue how to do it... which made it all the funnier when it worked. The Ginny and Harry thing was a bit ridiculous too but it was funny and one thing I've learnt from these filmes is you have to seperate them from the book otherwise you'll die from irritation.
But the Ron and Hermione part was very sweet actually and I've warmed to Emma Watson mais because I couldn't help feel for her (plus her eyebrows have been put on a leash, finally).
I do think though that because they went a little overboard with the hormones the movie was mais disjointed than usually and that disappointed me.
I didn´t like much the kiss at the movie, it was vry innocnt and Harry was supposed to kiss Ginny not th othr way. The kiss in the book was way better and besides the movie didn´t portray well their relationship...Yates let me down again
I didn't like the kiss scene at all. The whole point of the scene in the book is that Harry kisses her in public, in front of Ron, when he's spent the entire book fighting against his feelings for her because her brother wouldn't approve. The film lost that por making them kiss alone and having Ginny offer to keep it a secret. It also felt like they were copying Harry/Cho por having both pairings kiss in the same location.
I generally felt that too much time and focus was given to the romance/teen drama aspects, and not enough to the actual story. They omitted most of Voldemort's history in Harry and Dumbledore's private lessons. I remember wondering, when I first saw the film, how Harry would know where to look for the Horcruxes in the seguinte film. And they left out the climatic battle!
