how do you pronounce Victoire's name?

i thought it was pronounced Victory but then i remembered it was french and was probubly said differently. So i looked it up and some website said it was pronounced VICK- TWAH. is it?

Some French speakers do speak the R with a very strong rrrrr sound. Depends on the regional accent. But in general, the R is strongly pronounced as it is at the end of the word. Word stress is on the last parts of words in French - while it is on the first parts in English.
