Does anybody know why the term was changed from Minister FOR Magic in the first book to Minitster OF Magic in the subsequent books?

Maybe it was always supost to be Minitster of Magic i think it sounds better then Minister for Magic

wow, how observant of you. ok this is my theory i'm guessing that for the first book as the storyline was not really sure where it was heading, the ministry of magic was not so much a reality whereas as the story progress it became an actual minstry and the usage of saying FOR magic techincally is wrong so they change it.
i am not sure if i'm making sense, cause i have it in my head just dont really know how to express it.

I think I know what u mean. Like u think that before he was the minister for magic, in general, but later JKR made it an official title? Interesting theory...
