Do u mean Squib? Squib are the people whose their parents and relatives are wizards but they mysteriously aren't. So yeah they can't do magic and most of them are being entered into the muggle society por their close people, cauz if they try to be into the wizards society they will always be last. Argus Filch, the Hogwarts janitor is a Squib too. I think that blood traitors are those who doesn't care that their blood is pure, treat muggles like equals and help them.

a blood traitor is a pure blood wizard (weasleys, malfoys, blacks james potter was also a pure blood) that like and are friends with half bloods ( 1 of the parents is a wizard the other is a muggle, like harry potter, voldemort, snape)and mudbloods(both parens are muggles, hermione, lily evans aka harry's mom) some pure blood familys think that halfbloods and mudbloods aren't worthy of being wizards
They are kind of like witches and wizards, but I believe they can see the wizarding world, but they cannot preform magic. Blood traitors are pure blood families who associate with "mud bloods" and "muggles" freely or are interested in them.
