Harry disarms Draco at Malfoy Manor which makes the wand's alligence change to Harry because he won it from Draco. And also the same thing goes with the Elder Wand, Draco disarmed Dumbldore, Harry disarmed Draco.

Really? He disarms him? The thing is that I have never encountered such in the book. Maybe it's my negligance, but didn't Harry simply wrestle the wand out of Malfoy's hand??
