I don't think I would. If Snape had married Lily and Harry had been Snape's child he wouldn't be Harry Potter, the boy-who-lived. The boy who was severely neglected and grew up without parents and without knowledge of the wizarding world. Lily wouldn't have died, Harry probably wouldn't even be named Harry, and he might not have even been born in the end of July. Snape might not have become a Death Eater if Lily had forgiven him after he accidentally called her a mudblood. Snape wouldn't be the angtsy, bully teacher he is now because he would have married the amor of his life and started a family.
In short, it wouldn't be the story we know and love.
No, I don't think, I would. Then who would be the evil teacher. There wouldn't be any Harry Potter becuz Snape would just bring Harry (that probably wouldnt even be his name) to Voldemort... There would be a big difference in the story, and I like the hatred and the betrayal, that Snape and Harry have put each other through. Just think, if Snape had gotten his way, and had Harry as a son then there would be no need of sirius black or dumbledore or ron, because harry would be draco's best friend. i dont have a grudge on snape or anything, i just think the story has mais pizzazz, with snape, hating Harry....

well you dont know that,he could end up to be bestfriends with Hermione and Ron:)
No, He'd be dead. Snape told Voldemort about the prophecy so, Voldemort would just get Snape to bring him (Harry) to him (Voldemort). Snape and Lucius are also best friends, so why wouldn't they get Harry and Draco to be friends?
But, if Snape had married Lily, would he still have become a Death Eater? And if he had, would Voldemort assume that the boy in the prophecy was his faithful spy's son? Would Harry have even been born at the end of July?
