Why do us twilight fãs and us Harry potter fãs argue over which is better...Who started this war..It makes no sense to argue which one is better..I think they are both pretty good...If you think it should end answer this?

The media started this war; and yes, we may be ovelha, ovelhas uselessly following what the media is saying, but it's a neverending debate. Hence the debate spot entitled Harry Potter vs. Twilight.

And tell the people who think HP is gay (Siriusly, did you really have to tell us that and ruin our fun? >.<) that they shouldn't be using the synonym for happy in vain. And ask them whether they kiss their mothers with that shit-mouth (I don't really care about Twilight, but some people will be mad).

It makes no sense? Um, so does life. Life doesn't make sense. So therefore we're representing life. Potato loves life. So... PWNED!

As Ronald_Weasley said, JK Rowling put years of thought and planning into her amazing series, SMeyer had a dream, and wrote a not very well thought out book from it. We HP fãs know this, and wish others would realise it too. We're just waiting for the rest of the world to catch up.

Everyone argues, that's why we're human. If we didn't disagree, then what would be the point? That's what makes literature so great and yet so evil at the same time: it can be argued. sadly it wont go away. THE MEDIA started this stupid fight, saying " Twilight is the new Harry Potter, and Smeyer will take Jo Rowlings place". And they continue it today. It is dumb but when is the media ever smart. Harry Potter fãs will not be pushed aside like that, so thats why we argue I suppose.

the media started this war and the fãs took it upon themselves to continue it. and they dont just fight over characters, they also fight about plot, fights, details, relatabilty and so on.

Well I do it because Im tired of Twilight fãs always putting people who hate their series down, and because here is the one seguro spot from the Twihype.

I honestly don't give a damn what people think of me being an HP fan. I just believe that it's way better than Twilight. I'm really just bored and like to scrap with stupid people though. It's good for venting.

I don't understand the arguing either. To me, both are very good books based on their fanbase (I can't compare them because I haven't read the HP series).

But I like coming here because a lot of the people here are awesome, and there are some challenging yet fun perguntas people can answer. :)
