How many times Meredith had been hospitalized and why ?

1. beginning of S3 - appendicitis
2. middle of S3 - after she almost drowned
3. beginning of S6 - donating part of her liver to Thatcher
Hope I didn´t forget anything, she also must have been admitted at the beginning of S9 (after the plane crash), but I don´t remember that being actually shown....just one scene at the hospital in another state and then their transfer back to Seattle
