I take it you mean Ellen Pompeo? Well Ellen is happily married as far as we are aware and she is also pregnant with Chris' kid so no I don't really think she is going to leave her husband.
Also the relationship portrayed between Meredith & Derek is just atuação and I doubt Ellen and Patrick have anything but a friendship with each other :)
