My bias is Sunny, just saying...

Singing

1. Taeyeon- No doubt the best singer in SNSD; super powerful, best resonance, and great technique.
2. Sunny- Super clear voice than can rock the high notes, but needs better low notes. Also has the best emotion.
3. Jessica- Excellent control and unique tone. Too quiet live sometimes though, or is that just me?
4. Seohyun- She's very stable and barely ever goes off-key. Just lacks emotion.
5. Tiffany- Sometimes goes off-key but great nonetheless.
6. Yuri- Surprisingly competent and has potential. I just feel like she's not passionate about singing.
7. Yoona- Getting better and better as time goes by; you can tell she's been practising.
8. Hyoyeon- Actually pretty good, it's just that her voice is raspy and she tends to get flat.
9. Sooyoung- She has huge potential because her voice is actually really nice. She just lacks (lots of) technique.

Dancing

1. Hyoyeon- No doubt, no doubt. She tends to exaggerate sometimes though.
2. Yuri- When she dances, it looks as if it's not choreographed, which is a huge compliment, btw.
3. Yoona- She makes doing those moves look so easy. She moves so sharply and is always perfectly timed with the beat.
4. Sooyoung- I think she beats Yoona at popping, but Yoona beats her at dancing overall. Sooyoung would be lower if she wasn't so good at popping.
5. Seohyun- Actually REALLY competent. Very precise and damn, does she look cool when dancing to The Boys.
6. Taeyeon- Agh, I absolutely adore how Taeyeon dances. She's so smooth and groovy with it, and she looks like she genuinely has fun.
7. Jessica- She's also very smooth with her moves when she wants to be. She's got some swagger in there (that I wish she'd show mais of).
8. Sunny- Usually makes mistakes/inaccuracies and a lot of times she doesn't look passionate about dancing.
9. Tiffany- Easily the worst dancer in SNSD. She always moves so sloppily and she just DANCES the moves like it's choreographed.

2-5-Jes,Tif,Sun,Seo-well there is something about each of their voices i like and things I don't like so its hard to rank them
Jes-her voice is lovely but also nasally

Tiff-her voice is unique but something is off or forced about it, I say that because when she sings SNSD songs they are great but cover songs from her make me cringe

Sun-great voice and loud but she tends to sing cute lines in their songs and her voice can sound too cute
Seo- she sounds awesome but she lacks a good connection to the song sometimes, and she needs to learn how to breathe

6.Soo- great cute voice but has a problem with breathing and pitch (she can't sing out loud without scratching). I like it but it is a bit fragile like Key from Shinee

7.Yur-She can't sing loud enough but has great technique in her voice

8.Hyo-same with Yuri

9.Yoo- her voice sounds like she is saying words not cantar them

Dancing
1.Hyo- she can pop-in-lock like not one else in the group and has a presence when she is dancing

2.Yuri- great dancer just not above Hyo unless she learns how to pop and lock

3.Yoona- I like how she dances it can be fluid, sexy, and powerful. I just hate the expression she has on her face when she is dancing it seems like a lack of connection to the song

4. Soo- well she is the last great dancer of the dancing group. She dances better when it is just her, but when she is in the group dancing she looks stiff

5 or 6. Seohyun/Sunny- Call be bias but each of them has a problem and an advantage
Sun-gets into the song and can be smooth or aggressive but gets a bit "lost" in her own world she forgets routine
Seo- never mistakes the choreography but lacks a feel or connection to the dance

7.Jes- lazy dancer, I said it. She is lazy and does things half hearted it makes me sick not to mention her facial expression the whole time

8.Taeyeon- sloppy sorry but that could be because she wants to save her energy on singing

9.Tiff-still messes up mais then everyone in the group and her excuse isn't the same as Taeyeon because we can at least her Taeyeon

I know that original ranking in cantar Jessica and Tiffany's position and Yoona and Hyoyeon's position should switch and for dancing , Seohyun and Sunny's position and Taeyeon and Jessica should switch , but I didn't . Before I knew Girls Generation , I didn't know that Hyoyeon could sing better than Yoona and Tiffany has a better voice than Jessica and also , I didn't know that Taeyeon is worse in dancing than Jessica and Sunny and Seohyun . If u observe / listen carefully , when Hyoyeon is cantar her songs(Oh!,Hoot),at the end of her cantar she's like slurring the words together . Tiffany has a better voice than Jessica coz Jessica's voice is meant for most but not all songs . For dancing , if u look closely , although taeyeon is worse than Jessica , she doesn't really look sloppy at all . ( My first impression )

I't can be,, how can you get that lists on SM,,, give me some link that prove for it...
They dont want to have a comparison between their artist,,, all of them are good in dancing and cantar , there is no ranking of them but they are divided into 2 groups it's either the tall and short team and the Vocalist and the DANCERS <....

ex. SNSD singer- Taeyeon, Sica, Fany, Seo and Sunny are the vocalist..,. no rankings although Taeyeon is the one who sings for high notes,..
SNSD Dancer- hyo, yul, yoong, soo. are the main dancers.. although HYOYEON is the one who always have a solo dance part all of them are great in dancing.

And for my opinion in your ranking... Yoona should be in #3 cause she is part of a SNSD Trio dance,, so if Sooyoung is in #3 she is the trio dance instead of Yoona

all of them are great singers,, Tiffany and Seohyun can reach the high notes,,, Fany takes the high notes for "Promise" try to listen...

if they know about this,, their surely get mad for fãs and get disappointed :(

I think this should be the ranking (plzz don't hate me, just expressing my opinion :D ) :

Vocals:
1.)Jessica- I prefer her voice than Tae, and I really amor her voice, so sweet and angelic, what a wonderful voice! :)
2.)Taeyeon- she sings excellently and good at sustaining high notes :) :) :)
3.)Seohyun- she has very good harmonizing voice, and I amor her low notes and also good in hitting medium and high notes but , she's a little bit less skilful than Tae.
4.)Tiffany- i amor her good husky voice and good at hitting high notes MOST OF THE TIME, but there are times that she lacks control of her voice.
5.)Sunny- Her voice is so cute and sweet! I amor it! Also, she's so good in hitting falsettos! It sounds so sweet! And she hit a whistle register once! Wow!, But sometimes (especially in live), she cannot hit the right note and sometimes, her voice is not that consistent.
6.)YuRi- she has a versatile sweet voice! She can sing in a light voice like in lion heart, etc... And also, she can sing in a strong voice like in into the new world, etc... , Also good at low notes but there are times that her voice gets weak in high notes.
7.)Sooyoung- has a nice girlish voice! But less skilful that Yuri.
8.)Hyoyeon- I think she's not passionate about singing,but I can tell that she is the best dancer in SNSD! But, I amor her husky voice! But I think that she's not that good at singing.
9.)Yoona- she has the least vocal skill in SNSD, but at least, she can sing a little and I amor her cute voice!

Dancing:
1.)Hyoyeon- The dancing queen of SNSD! The best dancer of SNSD!
2.)YuRi- She has superior dancing skills! I amor the way she dance! And yeah, It looks like it's not choreograph and she looks so professional when she dance! <333
3.)Jessica- she's really excellent in dancing! She just anemic that's why sometimes, she cannot dance with her full energy, but when she is doing her best at it, she's really one of the best dancer in SNSD! She moves really smooth and flexible! Especially her dance audition in SM Entertainment :)
4.)Sooyoung- She's really very good at dancing! She always masters the choreography and also, really good at popping! I amor the way she dance!
5.)Yoona- Also good at dancing and she's really passionate at dancing! When she dance, she always amaze me, also, she's powerful at dancing but has less emotions and less skilful than Sooyoung.
6.)Seohyun- She really dances well and I can see that she really amor to dance! She dances innocently and sweetly! :)
7.)Sunny- her dance is okay and very prone to mistakes but there are times, that she's energetic at dancing and I amor it! She's really cute and charming! <3
8.)Taeyeon- she can dance but has no estrela quality in dancing and also, less skilful than Sunny.
9.)Tiffany- I can see that she's really hardworking in dancing but she has still the least dancing skills in SNSD, and also, there are times that she dances awkwardly and she doesn't stand out in dancing.
