Since the stars of Game of Thrones arrived in the south of Spain earlier this week, it’s been like the segundo coming of the Beatles, with hordes of young people screaming outside the cast’s hotel. Not bad for a nerdy fantasia show!
Oh, spoiler addicts, how fiercely are we longing for the days in which Game of Thrones filmed along the mountainous coast of the Basque Country, which offered bays, peaks and cliffs from which clever observers could oversee almost any filming.
On the segundo dia of Game of Thrones filming in Southern Spain, the Itálica set itself remains as tightly shut as yesterday, very much in contrast to the leaky sets in the Basque Country the last few weeks.
