Pay equity needs to change, definitely. But the thing that pisses me off the most is how women are treated. Lots of things can be very subtle, to where even most of us don't notice them, but we are REALLY terribly picked on and put down, simply for being singled out as a woman. I would like to see that changed first and foremost, above everything.

BIG WORDA! So, excuse me if I'm wrong. I'm a tomboy. And some sexist (I think) guy commented on a one of my videos on Youtube and said I sounded like a girl. -.- It's ironic, I am a girl! Who woulda thought! I hate being thought of as weak cuz I'm a girl. It sucks. I'm quite strong. We are capable of much more then we are credited for.

This one for sure. I was hanging out at a guy friends place for dinner last night and some how we got into the discussion of what a gal and a guy should do in the home. He said that guys work and girls tidy the home and do the dishes.... so I told him that guys do the dishes too and that he is going to have a hard time getting a girl if that is how he thinks...he helped me with the dishes that night.

I think this one's more important. Has anyone here ever been on the gender studies section of yahooanswers, they think rape is FUNNY.

I honestly think that all of them on that list are important in subject to change. But like LadyLilith said this one really pisses me off. It's outrageous the crap that we get fed at such a young age on how we SHOULD preform in society as men and women.

All of them actually, but this one seems to be the root of the problem while others are more or less the result of gender roles and stereotypes.

I hate people think just because I am feminine, that means that I must be: weak, submissive, stupid, etc.

It's this one as almost all of our other problems come from gender roles and gender stereotypes in everything from toys to video games, to clothes to the news, from Hollywood, to Disney to, wall paper, to, and I can't believe this, lego. #IHateLegoFriends
