Want to know if this is already a spell or something more?

I'm currently crafting a character for use in a fanfiction. Fanfiction is called Incarnation: Saber. Now disregarding that:
My character has the ability to sense metal and other various materials around him and can call it to his hands, then he goes through a reinforcement style molding of the material into various weapons. As of then, it is just a weapon that is molded(or rather flash forged) and holds no abilities. Its the final step after the flash forging, enchantment, that gives these weapons their abilities.

Example: my character can call forth materials of steel or something made of steel and form it into a spear that looks very much like Gae Bolg. Then he can choose to just keep the shape or go one mais step and enchant the spear to have it's heart-seeking abilities.

It is very similar to Emiya Shirou's Tracing and Projection, but rather than create from his od, he creates from actual materials found around him just speed up the process.

I want to know if this already has a título as a magecraft.
Would it be considered a marble phantasm?
And if it really is unique and new, what would be a good name for it?
