Confusions Regarding "Unlimited Blade Works" Movie...

Okay, I just watched it today & I am so confused. I don't really get as to why most aspects of the movie were absolutely different from the series. Gilgamesh ripping the coração out of Ilya (T_T), Archer still being alive even after Berserker was killed, Gilgamesh getting killed por Shirou, & so so soooo much more.

As from what I recall, Ilya wasn't killed, Archer died before Berserker was killed, & Gilgamesh was killed por Saber.

WTF? I've gone practically insane with confusion! & in the last part, why was Shirou wearing Archer's armor already? I know that archer & Shirou are the same person but won't Shirou turn into archer in the near future?

The good thing is that, I'm now loving Fate Stay Night mais than I thought. I guess I hated it back then because I watched it in English dub (I was soo disgusted just por hearing Shirou's voice). But I watched the movie in Japanese & hell, Shirou's voice is daaamn sexy! ♥_♥

One is called 'fate' which the animê mainly follows, and the amor for shirou is saber. segundo is 'unlimited blade works' which the movie is based on, and the amor for shirou is rin, though the movie doesnt fully explore it. and the third is heavens feel, which currently has not been altered into a movie or anime.

This Fate/stay night UBW movie that you just watched was scenario made from the route of that game. This is scenario of what if story progressed in other way... so that is why everything is starting the same and ends up differently.

But I have a little conclusion about it.
If your going to Connect FSN and Unlimited Bladeworks. This is how it is.
It is like.. the 1st story occurs during Unlimited Blade works. and FSN is the sequel. err.. How can I explain this. during unlimited blade works.
Archer has the desire on killing Shirou Emiya.
but during FSN. Archer want's Shirou to learn.
Try to remember the ending of Unlimited Blade Works and the descrição of Archer. Like he can go on time travel. hahaha! a little conclusion only. lol.. I know my comment is a total confusing but I hope you guys got my point. Because honestly I'am having a hard time to explain it, and I know it will be easier if we do this on a chit-chat. hahaha!

The best way to look at this is to reference the Fate Visual Novel. In the fate visual novel, there are three arcs. Fate, which is encompassed por Fate/Stay Night; Unlimited Blade Works, which is encompassed por the UBW move, and Heaven's feel, which currently has no animê adaptation. Being different arcs, they are completely separate stories with the only major similarities being the setting and the characters.That is why you got confused
