Forums: You can post mais than one answer. You can talk about anything. You can't vote for best answer. You can add emotes. Answers: You can post only one answer, but can reply to others. Usually, you're asking a pergunta and other people answer them. You can vote for best answer. You can't add fanpop emotes. There's mais differences, but those are the general differences.
respostas are meant to be for perguntas whose factual answer the asker doesn't know. Some people also use them to gather mais detailed opinions than a poll/pick could.
fórum is for a range of things. People use them to play games - post a picture games, rating character games etc. People also use them to give opinions on the latest episode or film or whatever for that club. People also use them to make suggestions for club ícones and banners.
Sometimes people do put stuff which should be a fórum post as a question, though, or vice versa. I think it could be because fórum posts don't always get replied to.
