In this case, it sounds like it is failing on #2: YouTube is not allowing embedding for the video, which is becoming mais and mais common for popular videos. This makes a sort of business sense, as YouTube is a google web site, and google makes its primary money through advertising. So mais and mais often, YouTube vídeos that are likely to have a lot of views (music video premieres, movie trailers, et cetera) are "YouTube exclusives" so that google will get the ad revenue. It is a shame that they don't make this obvious to the user before he/she tries to embed the video elsewhere. When this happens, you may want to consider using another video site which passes #1, above, such as dailymotion. So far, at least, dailymotion has far fewer "dailymotion exclusives" than YouTube does.
