do u think that if somebody is banned from fanpop, should fanpop take off their website from the user's cpu?

i think that if fanpop sees the same personal info about a person who was banned on a new username should not b able 2 cum back on. on the sonic club, a stupid guy named charlierockss4 came annd annoyd me, and now he's charlierockss5, but he got banned. he'll b back though. i can tell -_-
