Is there a way you can block somebody from bugging you?

If she is sending you private messages, you can block their messages por clicking "Block User" at the bottom of any messages that they have sent you.
That is your only blocking option really, unless they are doing something bad enough for you to denunciar them.

Well if they're bugging you, you could denunciar them. You can block them on meebo if you are a fã of them. If you are a fã of them you can unfan them too.

I 'm not sure of any other ways, but I'm probably not going to be a big help.

When any user sends you a message on fanpop, there's the "block user" button at the bottom of the message. Just click it and voila. Problem solved :)

Blocking is the best way to avoid peeps that won't get the point when it comes to messages and PM's. Reporting is okay, but you have to have a good reason for it. Which means they have to be extremely explicit on spots, generally to a whole group of people. Or if they are spamming. The mais people that denunciar the mais likely that person will be banned.
