I have been a user for about 3 years and now my account has been temporarily suspended. I don't know what I did wrong. I emailed them and asked them why?. Do you know how long this will take & will fanpop answer me back?
Thanks for all your feedback. My account is now active again. So I am happy. However I didn't get a response to why is was suspended.
can you imagine how much time it would take to explain to every person who got banned? possibly there could be an automated message but that would have to be developed, too and i doubt its a priority
They'll probably message you back- they have always responded to my messages so far. The F4 are really nice :) Once I had my account suspended for about 5-6 hours, then I had it suspended for only 1 hour- I don't quite understand the "system" behind it.

The last thing that I did was create a spot for a character in a movie. Then I started going to other spots asking people to join. Then my account got suspended.
I didn't write the same pick on the same spot over and over, one in this group, another in another group, etc. If it is spam. How long will I have to wait? Or is my account history.
Depending on the 'crime', it may take awhile. Some... Longer than others >> Roughly two years some people have been banned and longer,, or 'suspended' as they call it. They won't asnwer you back. I hate to sound rude, but I really don't think they care if you get suspended forever or not and don't answer. Or Maybe there just to 'busy' with outher matters at hand. What ever the case. the odds or getting a reply are slim. After all, The F4 always get their mail boxes blown up. Right?
