How come I cant upload pics on a spot?

It was working fine a few hours atrás now i cant upload pics! They are the format that fanpop supports but they just wont upload!

Maybe it's your browser- happened to me once, I just couldn't upload imagens anymore though everyone else could. Found out it worked with a different browser and after restarting my main browser it did work again :)

yeah i can't either. i can add them to my gallery but not upload them onto a spot for a pick or anything. it wont let me.
