I cant change the banner on my spot?

Ok there is no editar button on the spot and it was abandoned.. I keep asking if the people in charge of fanpop can change it but they still havent changed it. I even gave them links to the banner I want to put up but still nothing. The spot is link please help. Thanks xxx

I no the creator is the only one that can change it it was abandoned that person is no longer on fanpop!!
