So, I AM still working on the Invader Zim story, but recently, I got into the disney Channel show, Gravity Falls and so I decided to write a fanfiction on that involving Alyssa, her awesome brother Joe, and moi (using an OC). And this is the result. I am doing episodes because I am not original. And I don't own Gravity Falls. An awesome person named Alex Hirsch does. Okay, I hope you enjoy.

Preface
It all started that one day...the second-to-last dia of seventh grade. Two children, one boy and one girl, entered their air-conditioned house and threw themselves right onto the firm couch. The boy dug his arm deep into the cushions before retrieving a silver remote control.
"Joooeee, it's my turn to choose what we get to watch today!" The girl who had just been exhausted before regained her needed energy, sitting up straight.
"Actually, Alyssa, we made a deal that whoever gets the remote first gets to choose what we watch." Joe smirked as the TV powered on, and the black screen changed to a moving picture of battling, ninja turtles.
"I hate you," Alyssa moaned, and she reverted to being exhausted again, completely closing her eyes.
"Suure, you do." Joe sighed, but he wasn't too affected por his sister's words. She frequently would tell him that she hated him most of the time, but he knew, deep down, she loved him with all of her heart.
Alyssa said nothing back to him. She barely opened one eye, and stared at the TV, almost as if she was staring into it.
"How do you think you did on the English final?" Joe asked her; the episode had just ended, and he suddenly did not feel like he was in the mood to watch TV.
"Bombed it," Alyssa responded, waving her hand dismissively. School was not her strong suit. In fact there were plenty of other things she'd rather do than study, such as pick out adorable outfits, apply the newest makeup, sing and dance around her room to One Direction, and hang out with one of her best friends, Genna.
"I bet I did amazing," Joe boasted. "As always!" Even though Joe had his own share of activities, such as playing video games, drawing, watching TV, and sculpting characters out of clay, he still made time to study for exams and quizzes. After all, would he really want to spend every summer in summer school? No way.
"If you don't shut up, Joe, I'm going to thump you - hard," Alyssa threatened him, both of her eyes wide open.
"Alyssa Maher, don't you dare hurt your brother," the strict voice ordered; Alyssa didn't even have to mover to know who that was. It was her mother.
"We're not supposed to get along, Mom!" Alyssa whined. "Brothers and sisters always argue, and you should know that."
"Yes, but they don't physically attack each other," their mother told her in a matter-of-fact manner...so annoying.
"Sorry, Joe," Alyssa apologized, not actually meaning it.
"Alyssa, say it like you mean it."
"I'm sorry, Joe!" This time, Alyssa crossed her fingers behind her back whilst saying it. It sounded like she meant it, but really she didn't. Sometimes, Alyssa could be so amazing...at least that's what she told herself.
"Good, Lyssa," her mother praised, before finally leaving the room.
Lazily, Alyssa grabbed her phone and punched one number in before holding it up to her ear.
Joe knew exactly who she was calling...

A loud knock sounded, and Alyssa jumped up excitedly, rushing over to hold it open. A girl their age ran in and plopped onto the sofá beside Joe.
"Hi, Ariiii!" Alyssa grinned, joining the girl and hugging her tightly.
"Lyssieee!" The girl returned the hug, and smiled at Joe. "Hey, Joe!"
"Hello, Arielle," he greeted her back.
Once the two girls finished hugging, Arielle laid back on the couch. "God, I think I totally aced that exam!"
"That makes two of us." Joe reached over to high-five her.
"Shut up, guys!" Alyssa exclaimed, but they both knew she was kidding around.
"Well, Alyssa, why don't we change the subject?" Arielle suggested; sometimes she couldn't tell whether Alyssa was kidding or not.
"To what?" Alyssa asked curiously.
"How about our ingenious prank?" Joe raised an eyebrow, smirking once again.
Ever since they'd met in first grade, the trio usually tended to pull a prank at the end of the school year. At first they were simple, harmless pranks, but as the years progressed, they became much mais extreme. This year's prank was bound to topo, início all of the past ones, but they'd have to pull it without getting in trouble. If they'd managed to avoid trouble all these years, they were sure they could do it again.
"Oh, yes!" Alyssa cheered. "I think we should blast One Direction throughout the school."
"I doubt it'll happen. It sounds like a lame idea," Joe said. "Arielle, pass me the notepad." Alyssa made a pouty face.
"All right." Arielle glanced at the memo pad in her jean pocket before pulling it out with two of her fingers, and sliding it over to Joe.
Joe flipped it open. "I have my own idea." He smirked yet again.
"An idea that's better than One Direction?!" Alyssa gasped. "Never!"
"No, not never." Still smirking, he whispered, what he thought was, the best idea ever into Arielle's ear.
Arielle could not stop grinning. "It's perfect. Absolutely perfect. I think we have it!"
"What?! What would be better than the best boy band of all-" Alyssa was cut off por Arielle shout-whispering a few sentences into both of her ears, or basically most of her face.
Alyssa sighed. "It's good, but I still like One Direction better."
"Too bad! It's two against one, which means my idea wins!" Joe pumped his fist victoriously. "Aren't I the amazing one here?"
"We'll see about that when this prank fails," Alyssa grumbled.

And there you have it; the first chapter. Certainly hoping Joe enjoyed this. e3e Baii peoples!
