I stumbled out of cama when my uncle started howling.
He was still in the doorway, in our main room. He clumsily got to his feet as I approached apprehensively.
“Girl, make me some breakfast and then get your bunda down to Fenia’s place.”
I got an maçã, apple and some goat cheese out of the cupboard, took a small faca from the table, and sliced the maçã, apple into wedges. I spread the creamy cheese onto it and placed it seguinte to my uncle.
I quickly hurried out of the door and into the snow. The wind swept my golden hair behind my back, and I hoped Fenia would have me work inside.
I slid down a slope...

The hallmark of this series has always been player freedom, sometimes at the expense of any focus or through line to the story. Skyrim manages to get this balance just right. You can do whatever you want, pursue whatever quests and storylines interest you and work on the main quest whenever you feel like it.

And oh, what a world. Skyrim is a huge province and you are free to explore every inch of it. Design-wise, it's a beautiful if not flashy place. In the first hours of the game I found myself wishing that the architecture of Skyrim were mais over-the-top. But I soon realized that the payoff...

As in the anterior games, character creation is a joy. You can choose from among Argonians (that's lizard-folk), four types of humans (Imperials, Nords, Bretons, and Redguards), Orcs, three kinds of elves (High, Dark and Wood) and the feline Khajiit. Each race has its own history, agenda and of course, different types of skill bonuses.

In the first few minutos of the game you choose your race, design your characters look and pick a name. Notice I didn't say pick a class. Because Skyrim doesn't have classes. At all. This has been true of the Elder Scrolls games for a while, but Skryim doesn't...

Gamers were first introduced to the continent of Tamriel with the release of The Elder Scrolls: Arena in 1994. This was followed por The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall in 1996, The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind in 2002, and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion in 2006, along with several side games.

The hallmark of the series is the stunning sense of freedom given to the player, as well as an extremely flexible character system.

The first modern Elder Scrolls game was Morrowind. It was one of those heartbreaking games: if everything in the game had been as good as the good things, it would have been an...

#Combat:
•Use Destruction spells and/or staves to either freeze, burn or shock your enemies. You can either dual-cast to deal mais damage, or you could have a healing spell in the one hand whilst having a defensive spell/staff in the other. This is a good idea if you don't have many health potions. (Even though you should really stock up on those. They can be a huge life-saver for several occasions!)

#Health, Stamina & Magicka:
•When your health gets low in combat, you can either use health potions and/or healing spells. As a mage with light equipment, you do...

Skyrim has to be one of the most generous games you'll ever spend your money on. There are so many things you can get involved with. In addition to the fascinating main quest, you can: become a lethal assassin; become a master thief; cadastrar-se a civil war (on either side!); become a vampire; become a werewolf; get married (to a male or female); purchase and furnish homes; go to wizard college; become a master blacksmith, alchemist and enchanter; commune with the mysterious and powerful Daedric gods of Tamriel and do their bidding; clear out nests of bandits, vampires, spiders and undead; explore...

First off, I would like to say that I understand if you think Astrid’s a filthy traitor and liar, but please, hear me out.
Astrid is a strong character in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. She’s a bit creepy and mysterious, but I think she’s honestly mais of a victim than anything.
Astrid tells you in the game that she killed her uncle, and liked it. She is bloodthirsty, but I think there’s mais to this than what meets the eye.
She was probably abused and hurt por her uncle, and was terrified of him. When she finally got up the courage, she managed to get hold of a weapon and kill him, run...

Realistic Roleplaying Tips:

Slow down! You don't need to run/jump everywhere. Take a walk in the forests.
If you do run while you travel, take the occasional rest.
Only travel in good weather. If you must travel in poor weather, wear appropriate attire. Consider running to find a camp or cave to wait out the storm.
If you come across a village, don't keep going. Unless you're doing something important, stop by. See how the livestock and townspeople are doing.
Spend nights in inns or taverns. If you are caught in the wilderness at night, stop por the side of the road as if you were camping.
For players...

“Oh, Arnbjorn, you idiot,” Fenia groaned.
Four days had passed since the Argonian incident. We were going much slower than we should be, since Arnbjorn was still hurt.
I sighed. Every single day, Fenia griped about how stupid it was to attack a traveler.
“But he was threatening Astrid!” protested Arnbjorn.
“He was not. He was being a bit of a pervert, but other than that, nothing.”
Arnbjorn sat still as Fenia inspected his wound. It was on his calf, and a bit infected.
“Well, the wound’s getting better…” Fenia smiled.
“How much farther is Falkreath, anyway?” I asked curiously....

This takes place after the quest, "The Cure for Madness" where the Dragonborn lies to Astrid telling her that Cicero is dead, she has doubts and decides to go look for the jolly jester herself.. Feel free to give me reviews! I'll write mais if enough people like it!

Astrid's POV

The Dragonborn tells me that Cicero is dead. And although he has been a loyal member of the family, I don't believe him. His eyes flickered when he told me about Cicero's death. So I'll go to the Dawnstar Sanctuary myself so I can see the jest's lifeless body for myself..

I'm inside the Sanctuary now and it does seem that...

The Elder Scrolls told of Their Return.

The Empire of Tamriel is on the edge.
The High King of Skyrim has been murdered.
Alliances form as claims to the trono are made.
In the midst of this conflict, a far mais dangerous, ancient evil is awakened.
Dragons, long lost to the passages of the Elder Scrolls, have returned to Tamriel.
The future of Skyrim, even the Empire itself, hangs in the balance as they wait for the prophesized Dragonborn to come; a hero born with the power of The Voice, and the only one who can stand amongst the dragons.

From "http://www.elderscrolls.com/skyrim/"
The first and most exciting thing revealed is that you can indeed ride dragões as we speculated about previously. The DLC apparently includes an achievement called DragonRider that is unlocked por taming and riding five dragons. What's still unclear though is whether you can ride dragões anywhere; the isle of Solstheim where the DLC takes place and you can buy a house has its own map separate from the rest of Skyrim, which may mean it's the only place you'll be able to take to the skies.
While spears are now in the game they only appear to be usable por enemies; if looted they're added to the...

I cowered as my uncle walked into the room.
He glared at me. “Girl, wash up. We’re going into town, and you’re paying for my mead.”
With a wave, my hated uncle went out into the hallway.
I thought about just standing there, refusing to go watch him get drunk, but I knew that would be a terrible idea. Don’t want to keep him waiting, I thought sadly as I hurried to pick up the leather bag of money I had earned por doing small jobs around Dawnstar.
I slipped on my shoes and ran outside to find my uncle already there, his fat face scowling at me. I trembled. My mother had been kind and...

I felt my coração become a bit colder. A bit crueler. A bit mais dangerous. And a lot mais bloodthirsty.
I smiled, studying the bloodstained bed. I spun my blade in my hands.
Little Astrid was changing with every second.
I then heard a guard knocking at the door, and my coração stopped. I glanced around hurriedly, panic starting.
“Enryk? You there?” The female voice made my hands tremble again. “I heard you scream while I was walking by…”
I remembered a window in the hallway near my closet. If I could just get up there…
I hurried quietly, meaning to be silent. Luck was on my side.
As...
