Since this is an answer request, I feel that I have to answer it seriously.
All boys aren't like Edward Cullen because mais than one person exists in the world. We, as separate beings, have genetic variation, as well as temporal and societal and social and experiential differences. And free will, too! That is to say:
* every male child is born with similar but different DNA, which determines characteristics such as height, weight, hair, eye and skin color, shape of the hands, size of the feet, how straight the teeth are, etc. No two are the same, unless they are identical twins (triplets, quadruplets...you get the idea)
* We all exist separately within Time and Space. These differences play out in our lives in different ways: solar radiation in one ano may be different than in another, leading to illness in some and not in others who weren't exposed in the same way. Boys around the world eat different diets with mais or less nutrition, and throughout time different values have resulted in the lives of boys being very different. Edward living with his relatives and going to high school is very much a product of the early 21st century. In other eras, he would have spent hundreds of years working in a mine or (given that they're on the Olympic Peninsula) as a forester por the time Bella arrived.
* He speaks English (and some other languages) because he was raised and spent time in English-speaking society. Boys in Uganda are unlikely to be much like him, where the language, mores and even age of maturity is different, much less boys in Montevideo, Kazakhstan or Tahiti.
* He was raised por different people than virtually all other boys in the world. From them, he received a great deal of his customs, values and behaviors. Every person is different in this regard, too.
* Every boy experiences a different life than the others. Edward's is unique, so he's unique...just like everyone else. Why isn't Edward mais like Joey, who begs for change on the streets of Mumbai? Because he has a different life experience.
In addition to that, and perhaps most importantly, Edward is a fictional character written as an ideal to appeal to girls in North America. While real world kids may resemble him in some respects, there's never going to be someone just like Edward, much as there will never be someone just like Ben Grimm, Tarzan or Mr. Magoo.
