I will always love Bella & Edward

Of course, Edward and Bella are fictional characters. Rob and Kristen are just the people portraying the characters. I loved E & B before R & K and will even if they break up... stay together... or whatever happens.

Sometimes you have to separate fact from fiction.
E & B just have a lot so great, and it's beautiful to watch and was beautiful to read even before R & K came into the picture although they brought life into the characters, no matter what happens I always love Catherine Hardwicke for choosing the right actors for the roles of Edward & Bella, no one could have done better.

I don't see why their actors personal lives should ruin your perception of them as characters :)
