I picked Pearl because i know it kicks ass and there's no need to compare it to dw...What if there was another option...What if that option should be TAMA?

You really can't compare the legendary DW to any other drum make. Pearl is in a completely different league when you consider the status that DW has accumulated over the years. I don't even know why this is a question. DW is better but Pearl is winning because more recreational players own Pearl kits so they vote for pearl. DW is less common among the users who would vote on this question, but it is definitely better.
