Actually if Granpa Gohan never found goku he would of turned into his ape form and started destorying the earth. or did no one pay attention to when Raditz explained why goku was there ?. the better pergunta would of been what if "goku never bumped his head." but it would be the same answer.

goku will probably destroy the Earth. But despite the Saiyans being able to track down the majority of life and there powers, they didn't know at the time that Earth has stronger warriors that would kill goku if he were to be young enough (especially goku as an infant). The story might lead to goku as an infant living independantly (Saiyans are very independant as infants so it's quite possible that he would manage to live alone). But Bulma or Grandpa Gohan might end up finding the pod. If Grandpa Gohan were to find it, He would tell Master Roshi, Ox King, ect. about the pod. Bulma might find it while she went hunting for the Dragon Balls (Although, goku would be 12 so he would possibly wipe out Earth at this time). She would bring it along and examine it. Then she would track him down, alongside Master Roshi, Grandpa Gohan and the others. It would be possible for them to defeat Goku. However, it would require all forces and it would no longer be possible if he were to transform into the Oozaru form. Once he's defeated, They would eventually defeat the Red Ribbon Army and King Piccolo. Emperor Pilaf would be defeated before Goku. Piccolo might have not been born after King Piccolo's death resulting in 9 years of peace instead of 5. Many would still be training. (Especially considering that they're now in there prime). So as a result, They might be ready, but will require all of them. Vegeta and Nappa may end up destroying the Earth. They might defeat them, But will result in the loss of a few people (If the whole group were to show up). So they would have to gather the Dragon Balls and bring them all back to life (Except Krillin, Chiatzu, and Master Roshi as they were killed por King Piccolo before). But Krillin would highly likely survive compaired to Master Roshi and Chiatzu. Also Frieza may not be tracking Earth down because If Vegeta and Nappa weren't killed, they'd end up getting killed por Frieza anyways as he destroyed Planet Vegeta and the Saiyan race. A weaker Cell would come abound due to weaker genetics. Once he's defeated, either nothing happens or Buu destroys the Earth. Because Buu was one of the most strongest characters in DBZ and the remaining fighters would be at Frieza's level. He's a good fighter too, but far lower than Buu.
