He's such a charming, amazing character! He has a great sense of fun and I just adore him! Berlioz would be my next choice.

I didn't vote for Sergeant Tibbs (well, in the tiebreaker I did) but I am SOOOOOOOOOO happy & surprised that he's in the top 10 - honestly I think he's one of the most underrated Disney characters so it's nice to see I'm not the only one in the world who likes him! lol
