For this countdown I really don't want to make any votes, I want this to based on what the public says.
People just say that Ariel is overrated outside of Fanpop so thats why some people would want Ariel to loose in countdowns.

I'm really sick of everyone saying that Ariel is overrated. If she's so overrated, then why does she lose everything?

(Well, everything except for KataraLover's picks)

Snow White is overrated to me. Even though she loses everything, she has a massive fanbase. Really, what did she do? She was pretty, cleaned the dwarf's house, STUPIDLY ate the poison apple, and woke up to a handsome prince. How EXCEEDINGLY difficult.

Ariel gave up everything for love. She saved Eric's LIFE. Although she was a it naive, she was one of my favorite princesses as a kid because she didn't give up, no matter what anyone told her. Even if she is a BIT overrated, she's not the very most. Maybe 6th or 7th.

Oh, and I picked Belle because everyone loves her and to me, she's nothing special. Don't get me wrong, I love her. It's just that there isn't anything particularly special about her personality. Sure, she's kind, but so is Snow White. She's smart, but so is Tiana. She's understanding, but so is Pocahontas. She's beautiful, but so is every other princess. She's just... A normal girl placed in a great movie.

Kida has got to be the most underrated! She's brave, a fighter with a strong personality and she's smart not to mention an actual princess and yet she's not counted as one most of the time ):

I adore Belle, she is my favourite, but I think she is people's automatic choice. I do not think she should be the top of everything, but she is still great. It may be just by comparison, she reminds people of themselves (like I do). She really is the most well rounded of them all, but that is just my thought.

Anyways, I agree w/nevermind606 about Belle. There's nothing that sets her apart the other princesses don't have.

Are we talking about all of the human Disney princesses? Or just the ones on the line-up? If all of them, then yeah, Kida is a princess, all right. Hell, she becomes queen by the end of the movie.

I know that Giselle's not a princess but the cartoon version of her is so cute that I kinda wish she was one.

Kida is daughter to the King of Atlantis - which makes her a princess!

I think Pocahontas's movie is terrible. And people still seem to like it. And I think her love interest, John Smith, is super girly.

None are. The word overrated gets used way too much.

Everyone of them deserves all the praise they get. Just because some are more popular (Belle and Ariel), that doesn't equal being overrated. They are that popular for a reason.
