Silverrose1991 picked Pocahontas:
Fourth "I Want More" in a row.

But I must stress that all of these ladies were novel and unique in their own way. Snow White was the first princess (and the first leading lady and star of the first full-length Disney animation). Then came in Cinderella, who had a vastly different pesonality, much more mature and womanly, less innocent and girly. Aurora is unique by design and animation alone.

Ariel is the first mermaid, the first princess to have room to be openly proactive, instead of having to be sneaky with what she does. Belle is a book lover who grew up reading stories like her own. Jasmine is the first POC princess, Pocahontas is the first Native American (and the first to be based on a historical figure - not that it was a good idea, imo). Mulan the first princess to defy gender roles and the first Chinese one.

Tiana the first princess to want to own a business, to live in more modern times, and the first black princess. Rapunzel was the first princess to possess magical powers and the first who was raised by her villain her whole life while unaware of her ill-will. Merida the first princess who doesn't have a romantic interest. Anna is the first princess to be told off for falling in love at first time (not that it is as progressive as it seems) and to be deceived by the supposed prince. Elsa was the first princess to be crowned queen in her movie.

^Agreed, but this is just a countdown.

Still don't find something unique from her.

I like Anna but she seems the generic bubbly excitable character

Again, Aurora seems to be nothing but what all of the other princesses are. Although Elsa is second place for me, it really is a shock she was eliminated before Aurora. Not that I hate Aurora...

audreygrace412 picked Rapunzel:
Although Rapunzel was the first to have magical powers and be artistic, I find her to mainly be a mash up of the other girls with those 2 unique touches. If she had come earlier in the line up then perhaps I would find her to be more unique.

I think Anna is unique firstly because she's so quirky and comical in a way that I don't really think the other DPs get close to. Secondly, despite being the "last DP" chronologically counting the Frozen DPs, she is the 1st one who actually sacrificed her life to save someone else. This might not seem to unique because Belle and Rapunzel offered their lives in servitude, Pocahontas stood between her father and Smith and Mulan was in the army but I think this was really unique because she was dying and could've had true love's kiss from Kristoff and everything she ever wanted yet she threw that all away to save the sister who had somewhat rejected her for most of her life, albeit somewhat understandably. I think this unique act of heroism really makes Anna stand out to me among her many quirky jokes and overall demeanor.

I think Aurora is unique in the sense that she was the first DP to really just want love, rather than a better life altogether. Snow and Cinderella were living in abuse for most of their lives but Aurora was the first DP who had loving caretakers who spoiled her with love and attention. I see Aurora as the first really girly-girl type princess in the line up who didn't actually face much adversity as she had a decent childhood in comparison to the 2 before her and then was asleep under the curse for the rest of the film. She was also the first Disney Princess to grow up as a peasant but actually secretly was a princess the whole time which was pretty unique as well.

^i agree with you about Anna totally. I think her sense of humor does stand out a lot, and her selflessness is unique in her own way as Rapunzel or Mulan wasn't because Elsa has rejected her twice already.

I agree about your analysis of Aurora. But then most of it is situations being unique around her rather than in her, having loving family set-up, growing up as peasant and others you mentioned. I wouldn't say she was the first who wanted only love, i think Snow pretty much wanted the same when she was in castle, someone to love her. Yes, she was more romantic and girly sorts than Snow and Cinderella but just a tone higher I'd say. Both Snow and Cinderella were girly in lot of sense.
