As I was saying about Aurora day dreaming. She was dancing and singing and never saw Phillip come up behind her. She may be like that and never know that someone was going to attack her kingdom.
Tiana I can see in the top 3 or 2. A good ruler never loses sight in wants important and sometimes has to be stubborn to get through to people.

Aurora puts her kingdom above all and I can't forget that. Also, Tiana's dream was the restaurant, she wouldn't want to leave that.

She wouldn´t be able to understand why people think like they do. She would try to get everyone to see things the way she saw them.

Tiana is very determined and hardworking, she'd be a great ruler. Aurora would be good too, but she won't be as progress oriented and actively participating in the process of improving her subjects' lives.

She isn't good in reading people and a little bit too narrow minded for a ruler

What Swanpride said. If she had to go to Maldonia, I'm sure she'd fight to stay for her restaurant. It's obvious why Aurora would be good- Rhythmic said it best earlier.

Aurora was able to demonstrate that she'd sacrifice herself for her kingdom at age 16. That really shows how great of a ruler she would be in my opinion.

Too naive and easy to control to rule by herself.

Aurora is fine. But Tiana has :
a. A restaurant to manage.
b.No princess cooks!!!!

^I can name about three other princesses that cook, Snow White, Cinderella and Rapunzel.
Plus Aurora was in the woods for about 16 years, she never saw any people because they wanted her as hidden as they could get her to be. Plus her parents sacrifice her not herself.

Aurora would be the best. She put her duties above her desire and appeared to adapt very well to royal life at the end (from the little we got to see.) She is patient and calm. She is graceful and elegant- which would help her in court for her people. She is kind and never wants to see suffering. Her royal duties are very important to her, even without prior experience. She only really daydreamed when she was off by herself.
The other three are the top three. Tiana couldn't see through the fact that "Naveen" was marrying Charlotte even though she wasn't human and she knew she would turn human when he did. She doesn't have much insight.
