You know, I don't mind throughout the beginning of the movie, but at the end when Mrs. Potts tells him the castle is under attack, and he's like "Just let them come." Well geez, you might be feeling suicidal, but the objects are not.

They seem to defend themselves pretty well, both in just verbal arguments and the battle part.

Completely agree with princesslullaby. If he had gotten up and helped the objects, there wouldn't have been any fight or anything & he would've gotten help.

I agree with princesslullaby, but to be fair, he probably is under the impression that those people are just there to kill him and that if the objects pretend to be inanimate until they leave, they'll be fine. He hears them chanting "Kill the Beast!" after all.

I do have to say, I would like the Beast better if there was a scene in which he apologized for ruining the lives of the servants and a scene where he apologizes to Maurice for you know, keeping him to die in the dungeon.

You can clearly see how much of a spoiled brat Beast was.

After all, it was his fault that the servants were turned into objects. If you watch Belle's Magical World, it will be even more clear how beast was evil to the objects.

I mean, yeah, it sucks, but I also kind of feel bad for him, really.
