Oh dear...I won't be able to rack up the nerve...I might be like...Flounder. I would really say I would want to do it, but I am just too scared of the idea of war. And even if I did go, with my body, I probably wouldn't live past the first battle.

Answering honestly i dont think i could do it.
Thats why i respect Mulan. That decision was quick and brave and downright stupid....yet it wasnt. She was doing it for her father, for someone she loved. Risking your life for someone you love isnt hard once you have a certain level of love.
But honestly i couldnt do it....i love my dad and my family but i am the biggest chicken...but its ok to admit you wouldnt go to war guys thats a very serious decision.

Truth be told, I'm actually pretty confident in this decision. My dad is a general in the Air Force and has taught me how to defend for myself and(when necessary)shoot a gun. I love my family dearly too, as annoying as they can be sometimes. I would give anything for them as well. Seeing myself going into a war isn't that strange for me since I hope to join the marines someday. Maybe it's a bit too fairytale-ish for a 14-year old but I'm willing.

That's why I love Mulan, she had the courage to do what she felt was right in her heart even though there was a million and one chances stacked against her. She's brave, determined, loyal, and compassionate, it's what makes her a Disney Princess.

I honestly don't know. I'm actually considering joining the RAF anyway but the one thing holding me back isn't the thought of dieing, it's losing all my limbs or something :S

If it was for my mum, I still wouldn't go to war. I love her and everything, but it's war. It's stupid. Fun to watch in films, but stupid irl. Seriously, who the fuck willing goes to war? If you don't die, you'll probably end up disabled. And soldiers who come back with injuries like that never get the compensation they deserve. Besides that, I could never use a gun. I don't agree with them or like anything about them. I'm so glad that they're against the law here.
