A bit of both, but Punzie's dreams and desires are more similar to Aurora than Snow White (Snow wishes for a particular person but Punz and Rose mostly want to see the world and meet new people), plus they were both locked away from the world in a more similar way than Snow White (neither Punz nor Rose are forced to be a servant).

As MaidofOrleans said, both Rapunzel and Aurora are focused on their dreams. They also were princesses, but didn't find out until later in their movies after leaving their secluded lives behind. :)

She is most popular in my country.

She's a lost princess who goes about barefoot, lives with at least 1 mother figure, falls for the first man she meets... but otherwise, different dreams and values. Rapunzel wants to be more proactive and confident while Aurora seems content with how she is. Romance is never on Punz' radar till she meets Flynn and Aurora craves romantic companionship. Rapunzel is more girlish/youthful, passionate, and bubbly and Aurora is more flirty, calm, and sophisticated. Rapunzel almost has a tomboyish side in comparison to Rose. One was created with the intent of appealing to little girls and their parents simultaneously and one was created to be a typical fairy tale character.

Of the classics these 2 are definitely the most different, but there's similarities. Not adventurous, pretty romantic, feminine, don't live with their blood relatives, have an evil sorceress out to get them, wears their hearts on their sleeves, idealistic, considered weak/passive/bad role models.
